Cancellation Policy All cancellation fees held by Sahara Dreams are for the purpose of covering our direct cost of amending and/or cancelling your reservation. All communications relating to these terms and conditions (in particular any requests to cancel or amend your tour arrangements) must be from the lead traveller of each reservation and processed through the Sahara Dreams website where travellers can manage their bookings. The amendment and/or cancellation needs to be confirmed by Sahara Dreams. If a reimbursement is due, it will be processed within 5 working days, and the stipulated amount transferred to the same credit card/account that was used upon booking. Please note we are not responsible for delays of the delivery of the reimbursement to your account once it has been processed on our end. For tours purchased through another vendor please contact the vendor directly with your refund and/or cancellation request. Booking Policy Please make sure to fill in and/or provide all necessary details upon booking your adventure tour/s. Once the booking process is completed a booking confirmation will follow, containing your booking number. This confirmation is your proof of payment so please bring it with you on the day of your tour (printed or on mobile device). Please note that you are responsible for carefully checking all details on your confirmation and related travel documents to ensure that they are correct. In the event of a discrepancy, such as booking mistakes where the wrong date and/or an incorrect number of participants was booked please contact Sahara Dreams immediately as it may not be possible to make amendments to your reservation when it gets closer to your departure date. Sahara Dreams cannot be responsible for mistakes in the booking process. All adventure trips are undertaken on the responsibility of its participants. Sahara Dreams does not assume any responsibility for accidents that are caused by its customers or can be traced to their own actions. All adventure trips are weather and condition dependent and we reserve the right to change your itinerary or cancel your trip last minute with your safety in mind. Cancellation & Payment Terms All our Tours are secured with a standard holding deposit that is non-refundable for the purpose of covering our direct cost of amending and/or cancelling your reservation. All balances are payable upon arrival unless otherwise agreed. For Events the full amount is payable 8 weeks before arrival. For Group Tours, deposits and payment terms will be finalised upon booking. General Terms These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time and apply to all of our services. By accessing, browsing, using and/or completing a reservation through our (mobile) website you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.
